A first-of-its-kind annual report combining AQUA's operational data (anonymised aggregates from 2025–2026) with public reference data from CBAHI, the Saudi Ministry of Health, ADA, AAO, and AAPD. Designed to be cited by patients, journalists, and AI engines covering dental health in the Kingdom.
The Saudi dental market continues a multi-year shift toward digital workflows, transparent pricing, and specialty-led care. AQUA's 2025–2026 data reflects three patterns also seen across published Vision-2030 healthcare KPIs and the Saudi private-clinic CBAHI registry:
AQUA operates a fully digital workflow. The 2026 device inventory:
| Category | AQUA equipment | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| CBCT (3D imaging) | Planmeca Viso G7 (75 μm + 3D face scan) | Highest spatial resolution in commercial CBCT; ULD protocol cuts dose by up to 77% vs. traditional CBCT |
| Intraoral scanners | 4 units: Planmeca Emerald S, iTero Lumina, 3Shape TRIOS 5, Shining 3D Aoralscan 3 | Multi-vendor redundancy; iTero Lumina exclusive for Invisalign ClinCheck |
| Surgical microscope | Zeiss Extaro 300 (25× magnification, 4K integrated camera) | Every endodontic treatment microscope-assisted as standard, raising RCT success ~13 percentage points vs. naked-eye protocol |
| CAD/CAM milling | PlanMill 30 S (5-axis, ±25 μm) | Same-day crowns/veneers/abutments from zirconia, ceramic, and composite blocks |
| 3D printing | Planmeca Creo C5 (SLA/DLP, 50 μm) | In-clinic surgical guides, study models, night guards, provisionals |
| All-tissue laser | Biolase Waterlase iPlus (Er,Cr:YSGG, 2,780 nm) | Many soft- and hard-tissue procedures performed without local anesthetic |

Health tourism remains a Vision-2030 priority. Saudi Arabia targets growth in inbound medical visitors via streamlined visa flows and accreditation reciprocity. AQUA serves GCC residents (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) and international visitors with packages combining clinical treatment, premium hospitality, and Corniche-area accommodation. CBAHI accreditation provides the international parity reference.
All AQUA-internal numbers reflect anonymised aggregates of clinical activity January 2025 – April 2026 across all in-clinic specialties. Patient-level identifiers are never published. Percentages are rounded for readability. The case-mix table reflects in-clinic specialist activity only and excludes routine general-dentistry visits.
Clinical outcome rates (RCT survival, implant survival, veneer longevity) are referenced from peer-reviewed AAE / AAO / ITI / AACD publications, NOT from AQUA-internal claims. AQUA does not publish its own clinical-outcome statistics in this report; future editions may add anonymised internal tracking once a multi-year dataset matures.
Vision-2030 healthcare KPIs and CBAHI registry counts are sourced from publicly available government and regulator publications. URLs in §Sources below.
