A digital intake form, a blood-pressure reading, and a quiet conversation about your medical history and what brought you in — 10 minutes.

Examination & imaging

A full clinical examination, a digital panoramic X-ray, and high-resolution intraoral photography — 20 minutes.

The conversation

Reviewing the findings together, walking through your treatment options, and leaving space for every question — 15 minutes.

A written plan

You leave with a written treatment plan and pricing in hand — to take home and consider without any pressure — 15 minutes.

Come prepared

What to bring with you.

Essential

  • Your national ID or Iqama.
  • A list of any medications you are currently taking.
  • Your medical insurance card, if you have one.
  • Your medical history, if you live with a chronic condition.

If available

  • X-rays or reports from a previous clinic.
  • Photos of your current teeth, if you are reaching out online before your visit.
  • Reference photos of the smile you have in mind, for cosmetic cases.
  • A list of questions — we welcome every one of them.

What our guests ask before booking.

How much does the first consultation cost?

The first consultation is a paid visit and is treated as a full session — the examination, any imaging you may need, and a detailed treatment plan are all included. We will share the exact fee at the time of booking.

How much time should I set aside for my visit?

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before your appointment — enough time to complete your digital intake and settle in. Your first visit typically runs a full 60 minutes.

Does AQUA accept medical insurance?

We don't bill insurance directly. You pay for treatment at the visit, and we prepare all the itemised invoices and medical reports you need to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider yourself. Most Saudi insurance plans refund the cost in full or in part depending on your policy.

What if I need an emergency appointment?

For emergencies (severe pain, a broken tooth, an injury), message us on WhatsApp straight away — we do our best to see you the same day whenever possible.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes — you can reschedule directly through iDental, or message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment.

How do I choose the right clinician?

Browse our team page to choose a clinician by specialty. If you are unsure, leave it to us — we will match you with the right clinician after your first examination.

Insurance

We do not currently accept insurance directly. However, we provide detailed treatment reports in insurance-ready format (with ICD/CDT codes and official invoices) so you can submit them to your insurer for reimbursement — if your treatment is covered by your plan.

Our reception team can help prepare the paperwork you need before you leave the clinic.
