Dental Tourism

Treatment, a city, a stay — all coordinated.

Guests arrive at AQUA from across the Gulf, the wider Middle East, and beyond — each with a clear reason. Years of postponed care. A smile that finally feels right. A complex case that needs more than one specialist in the room. We handle everything else: the hotel, the transfers, a tight schedule woven between the Corniche and the clinic, and the paperwork at arrival.

From our brand vision

Part of our mission.

"Advancing health tourism in the Kingdom" is a stated pillar of AQUA's vision. Receiving international patients isn't incidental to what we do — it has been a core part of the practice since day one, designed into the way we work.

"AQUA Dent Clinics is more than a dental practice — we have a holistic approach."

Dr. Mohamed Bamashmous · Dental Tribune, 2023

Why guests travel to AQUA

What makes AQUA the right choice for visitors.

01

Consultants trained to global standards

American Board–certified specialists (ABO, ABE, ABDPH), Fellows of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCD-C), and graduates of Boston, UCLA, Florida, and UTHSCSA.

02

Sensible pricing for the quality

Compared to the Gulf and Europe, the same standard of care in Saudi Arabia runs a third to half less — while leaving room for a polished stay on the Red Sea waterfront.

03

Intensive treatment schedules

For travelling patients, we compress the full plan into one or two weeks — back-to-back appointments choreographed by the same team, rather than months of scattered visits.

04

An exceptional location

A clinic on the waterfront, five-star hotels minutes away, and the Jeddah Corniche at the door.

05

End-to-end trip coordination

Hotel suggestions, airport transfers, an Umrah arrangement if you wish, and a light city programme threaded between your sessions.

06

Digital follow-up after you return

Virtual consultations, written aftercare, and a referral to a trusted clinician at home where needed — you aren't left alone once the flight lands.

Step-by-step pathway

From first enquiry to post-return follow-up.

Every international patient gets a dedicated trip coordinator who manages the timeline, travel paperwork, hotels, transfers, and medical follow-up after you return home. No surprises.

Phase 1 · Before arrival · 1–3 weeks

Virtual consultation and treatment plan

  • Initial enquiry via WhatsApp or site form — your coordinator replies within 4 business hours
  • Video consultation with the relevant consultant (Zoom/Teams) for 30–45 minutes — free
  • Review of your current X-rays if available (DICOM, panoramic, clinical photos)
  • Written treatment plan with cost + timeline + visit list + risks/alternatives
  • Optional deposit to lock appointments (credited toward final invoice)
Phase 2 · Travel + accommodation · 1 week before

Visa, hotel, transfers

  • Tourist visa: Saudi eVisa for most nationalities (issued in minutes)
  • Medical visa: we issue a medical-invitation letter if your embassy requires one (takes 3–5 days)
  • Partner hotel booking 5–15 minutes from the clinic at negotiated rates
  • Pickup from King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) by an Arabic/English driver
  • Local Saudi SIM card on arrival (optional)
Phase 3 · During treatment · 3–14 days

Clinical visits and recovery time

  • First visit = comprehensive exam + CBCT/intraoral scan + treatment-plan confirmation
  • Visits spaced to allow tourism activities (Corniche, Al-Balad historic district)
  • Your coordinator on WhatsApp 7 days a week for between-visit questions
  • Every procedure begins with a verbal plan review + informed-consent signature in your language
  • Itemised invoice + receipts in a format accepted by international insurers
Phase 4 · After you return home · 1–12 months

Remote follow-up + local-handover care

  • Video follow-up at week 1, month 1, and month 6 — included
  • Complete digital file (DICOM, photos, plan, invoices) for your local dentist
  • Coordination with your home-country dentist for routine follow-up and any urgent local care for rare complications
  • 10-year implant warranty + 5-year crown/veneer warranty (written, included with invoice)
  • If a return visit to Jeddah is needed for warranty adjustment or repair: no clinical fee on the warrantied item

Documents you should bring

Don't worry if some are missing — we can compensate with in-clinic records. But having them speeds up your first visit and avoids duplicate imaging.

Travel documents

  • Valid passport (6+ months remaining)
  • Saudi visa (tourist or medical)
  • Travel insurance covering medical stay (recommended)
  • Hotel booking and Jeddah address

Medical documents

  • Prior X-rays (DICOM, CBCT, panoramic) — ideally within last 6 months
  • Medical reports for any chronic conditions (diabetes, BP, blood thinners)
  • Current medication list + dosages
  • Clinical smile photos (frontal + lateral, for cosmetic cases)
  • Local dentist's referral letter if available

All documents can be sent via WhatsApp or email before you arrive. No need to print.
